In Loving Memory Of

Leora Jones Warren

Leora Jones Warren, of Pauls Valley, was born September 10, 1917 in Foster, Oklahoma to Albert Leroy Jones and Susie Elizabeth Driskill Jones. Leora Jones and Aubrey Warren were married in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma on March 31, 1940. He preceded her in death on October 12, 1985. Leora was a member of Assembly of God.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two brothers, Woodrow Jones and Lynn Jones; three sisters, Montie Harmon, Oleta Pittman and Chancie Jones.

Leora had along career of Nursing and had been a Foster Grandparent. She worked up to the age of eighty.

Leora loved country music, a Senior dance, and most of all she never met a stranger. She loved talking on the history of people that lived in Garvin County.

She will be missed so dearly by her children, Mickey Warren and Larry Warren both of Pauls Valley; and Sue Craig of Kingfisher; her grandchildren, Amy Warren, of St. Louis, Missouri; Jeff Warren of Houston, Texas; Todd Warren and his wife, Crickett, of Pauls Valley; Steven Warren of Pauls Valley; Ben Craig and his wife, Stephanie, of the Netherlands; and Daniel Craig and his wife, Kaycie, of Edmond; by her great-grandchildren, Matthew, Maggie, Nate, Natalie, Aubrey and Ava; as well as her nephews and nieces.

She passed away January 15, 2008 at Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 90 years.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 18, 2008 at 10:00 am at Stufflebean Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Rev. Larry Cornforth. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.

Larry, Mickey and Sue:   I am so sorry for the loss of your precious Mother.  You were very lucky to have her for so many years, but that never makes it any easier.  Your family will remain in my prayers as you adjust to life without her.

May God grant you and your family peace and comfort at this time of your loss. I know you will miss your mother and grandmother very much. Remember her love and be the example she would want you to be. I know she had a full and happy life because of her children and grandchildren.
