Geneva Swafford

Geneva Kay Swafford, of Davis, was born April 18, 1952 in Gene Autry, Oklahoma to Aaron Earl and Nellie Faye (Rhyne) McBroom.

She passed away November 8, 2004 at Davis, Oklahoma at the age of 52 years. Kay was a homemaker and enjoyed her hobbies of arts and crafts including sewing, doll making and painting.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; 3 sisters, Lisa Jo McBroom, Jean Ann Roan and Sheila Hinn; and 1 brother, Jerry McBroom.

Surviving family include her husband, Al Hamilton; 3 children, Gregory Swafford, Brian Swafford and Timothy Swafford, all of Davis, Ok.; 2 step-children, Janet Lynn Koch and Donald Lee Martin, both of Austin, Texas; 7 sisters, June Nabors of Pauls Valley, Ok., Sue McBroom of Monte Clair, California, Rita Jane Motes of Blanchard, Ok., Judy Hilton of Ft. Worth, Texas, Darla Mapes of Chicago, Illinois, LaFreda Wyatt of Pauls Valley, Ok., Retha Young, of El Reno, Ok.; 5 brothers, Aaron McBroom, of Bradleyville, Missouri, Mike McBroom of Oklahoma City, Ok., Bruce McBroom of El Reno, Ok., Glenn McBroom of Wynnewood, Ok., Jackie McBroom of Pauls Valley, Ok.; 3 grandchildren, Dalton Swafford and Raylee Swafford of Stratford, Ok. and Brendan Rolin of Sulphur, Ok.; 3 step-grandchildren, Maygan Howard, of Stratford, Ok., April Keller and Katie Martin, both of Austin, Texas.
