Jimmie L. Russell

Jimmie L. Russell, of Pauls Valley was born September 10, 1929 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Aubrey Lee & Sarah Jane Rayburn Russell. He passed away November 1, 2004 at Ardmore, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years.

Jimmie was married to Claudine (Germany) Russell in Pauls Valley on August 20, 1955. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a farmer and rancher and had made Pauls Valley his home all of his life. He was a member of the First Christian Church.

Surviving family include his wife, Claudine Russell, of the home; 2 sons, Jimmie Lee Russell, Jr. & his wife, Pam of Oak Point, Texas and Don Russell & his wife, Kim of Pauls Valley; 3 grandchildren, Aubrey, Matt & Sara; one aunt, Glenna Russell of Pauls Valley; and a host of cousins.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 3, 2004 at 2:00 pm at Stufflebean Chapel officiated by Dr. Joe Elam. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
