In Loving Memory Of

Earl D. "Dan" Rose

Earl D. "Dan" Rose, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Wynnewood was born August 11, 1912 in Sulphur, Oklahoma to Henry and Virgie Mae (Woods) Rose.

He passed away April 16, 2007 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 94 years.

On August 31, 1931 he and Lola Belle Peters were married. She preceded him in death on December 10, 1993. They had been married over 62 years. Mr. Rose worked as a Construction Worker.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Carl G (Buck) Rose and John P. Brownlee and a host of other relatives.

Surviving family include his two sons, John H. Rose and his wife, Laura, of Del City and George E. Rose and his wife, Daisy, of Oklahoma City; a sister, Alice Talley, of Oklahoma City; two brothers, Glen Brownlee and Bobby Joe Brownlee, of Wynnewood; many grand, great-grand and great-great-grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends; and one special Buddy Alyssa Scott.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 20, 2007 at 10:00 am at Stufflebean Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Rev. Jason Gaddis. Interment will be at Iona Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
