Roy Don Reeves

Roy Don "Donnie Red" Reeves, of Pauls Valley, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2004 at Norman Regional Hospital at 49 years of age. He was born December 29, 1954 in Rush Springs, Oklahoma to Billy Roy and Eva (Cast) Reeves.

Pauls Valley has been his home since he was four and a half years of age. Donnie was a blessing to his family through the love and joy that he provided. His love was unconditional for all he met.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Roy Reeves in 1992.

His surviving family include his mother, Eva, of Edmond; 1 sister, Barbara Horton and her husband, Rod, of Ft. Worth, Texas; 4 brothers, Steve Reeves and his wife, Linda, of Oklahoma City; David Reeves and his wife, Mun, of Lawton; Joe Reeves and his wife, Anne, of Ada; Troy Reeves and his wife, Milissia, of Edmond; 10 nieces and nephews and his extended family of Southern Oklahoma Resource Center.

Visitation will be at Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home at regular time and Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Damron Center Chapel at Southern Oklahoma Resource Center.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 8, 2004 at 1:30 PM at the Damron Center Chapel at Southern Oklahoma Resource Center. Officiating will be Chaplin Judy Barnes. Interment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery at Ada, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
