Alfred A. McQueary

Alfred A. McQueary, of Paoli was born June 30, 1921 in Green County, Indiana to Martin Willis and Iva (Bridwell) McQueary.

He passed away November 21, 2006 in Ada, Oklahoma at the age of 85 years.

Alfred served in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of World War II. He worked for Chrysler Motors as an Assembly Line Worker and was a member of Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 5 brothers; 2 sisters; a step-son, Joe Lee Wigley and a son, Earnest Ray McQueary.

Surviving family include one son, Donald McQueary of Indiana; four daughters, Mary Alfreda Werner of Florida, Alta Faye Clark and Betty Teague, both of Indiana, and Alice Chandler, of Texas; one step-son, Jimmy Wright of Wynnewood; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 24, 2006 at 2:00 pm at Graveside Services - Paoli Cemetery officiated by Roy Shave. Burial will be at Paoli Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
