Wayne D. McGregor
An Wayne D. McGregor, of Marietta was born February 11,
1941 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to Jess and Josephine Richardson McGregor.
He passed away March 26, 2008 at Ardmore, Oklahoma at the age of 67
years.
Wayne grew up in the Pauls Valley and Whitebead area, then moved to
Western Oklahoma where he attended school in Blair, Oklahoma. Marietta
has been his home for the past 9 years. He worked in Construction and
was a Heavy Equipment Operator.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jess & Josephine McGregor and
one son, Troy McGregor.
Surviving family include his daughter, Vickie Miller and her husband
Sam, of Marietta; 2 brothers, Jerry McGregor of Lone Wolf and Donald
McGregor of Sulphur; 5 grandchildren, Dennis, Logan, Josh, Matthew &
Tyson, 3 great grandchildren, Madison, Caleb & Kellen.
Funeral services will be held Monday, March 31, 2008 at 10:00 am at
Stufflebean Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Rex Jones. Interment
will be at Whitebead Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey
Funeral Home. |
