Gary Francis McElwee

Gary Francis McElwee, of Wayne, was born September 23, 1960 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to Bill and Miriam (Elkins) McElwee. He passed away July 11, 2004 in Oklahoma City at the age of 43 years.

He was married to Suzy Barton in 1994. Gary work in the oil fields as a Derrick Hand. Whether at work or with friends he lived life to the fullest.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Jimmy McElwee and Johnny McElwee; 1 sister, Suzanne Cook and his loving dog, Sassy.

Surviving family include his wife, Suzy McElwee of Wayne; 1 brother, Billy Vann McElwee, Oklahoma City; 5 sisters, Mary Norman of Pauls Valley,  Vicky Duval of Shawnee, Myra Skinner of Pauls Valley, Nome Healey of Davis and Jayne Gantt, of Ada.

This area has been his home all of his life.
