Inez McClain

Inez McClain, of Wynnewood was born May 13, 1916 in Foster, Oklahoma to Wallace Bell Hervey and Mary Ethel (Talley) Hervey.

She passed away June 29, 2006 at Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 90 years.

Inez has lived in Garvin County all of her life. As a young girl she lived in the Foster and Pauls Valley and has made Wynnewood her home since 1938. Inez was a member of Methodist Church of Wynnewood.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace & Ethel Hervey; her husband, Aubrey J. (Mac) McClain; son, Aubrey J. (Jack) McClain, Jr.; sisters, Mary Joe Nelson, Florence Hervey & Velma Hervey; brothers, William Hervey & infant twin boys.

Surviving family include her 2 children, Brenda Carden of Wynnewood and Audrey Harvey & her husband, Richard, of Pauls Valley; 1 sister, Wilma DeShazo of Oklahoma City; 6 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, as well as a number of nieces & nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, July 1, 2006 at 2:00 pm at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood officiated by Kip Heatley. Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
