In Loving Memory Of

Norma Jean (Bartlett) Lehman

Norma Jean (Bartlett) Lehman, of Pauls Valley, was born August 23, 1938 in Dewey, Oklahoma to Glenn Clifford and Helen Louise (Eller) Bartlett.

She passed away November 26, 2007 at Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 69 years.

Norma Jean Bartlett was married to Jerry R. Lehman in Konowa, Oklahoma on December 19, 1959.

Norma worked for many years at Ballard's beginning when they were downtown Pauls Valley and later for Kentucky Fried Chicken. She retired as House Keeper at the Garden Inn. Pauls Valley has been her home most of her life and was a member of First Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Wayne Bartlett and one sister, Stella Patterson.

Surviving family include her husband, Jerry R. Lehman of the home; five children, Dixie Williams and her husband, Danny, of Elmore City; Johnnie E. Oliver of Stratford; Brenda Sherrill and her husband, Jimmy; Annie Sherrill and her husband, Billy, all of Pauls Valley; and Lucy Hockersmith and her husband, Michael, of Stratford; 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, as well as one brother, John C. Bartlett, of Elk City.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Stufflebean Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Dr. Robert J. Kanary. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.

Jerry and Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Norma was one of the sweetest people I've ever known. I will miss seeing her cheery smile. She always seemed to make a bad day good, just with her smile. She might have been a small lady, but she had a big heart. I will miss her dearly. You are all in my prayers and thoughts.
