Jay Dee Landers, Jr., of Pauls Valley was born August 26, 1998 in Mt. Vernon, Washington to Jay Dee and Misty R. (Berry) Landers.

He passed away October 17, 2006 at Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 8 years.

He was a 2nd grade student at the Whitebead Elementary School.

Surviving family include his mother, Misty Landers of Pauls Valley; 1 brother, Jay D. Grant of Visalia, California; his grandmother, Linda Landers of Farmersville, California; his grandfather, Kurt Berry of Pine Flat, California; and great-grandmother, Donna Misko of Porterville, California; 2 aunts, Tammy Landers of Tulare, California and Amber Berry of Woodlake, California; and an uncle, Galen Landers of Farmersville, California.

A Memorial Service is scheduled by Whitebead School for 9:00 a.m., Monday, October 23, 2006 in the Whitebead School Auditorium. Those who wish to attend are welcome.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at 2:00 pm at First United Methodist Church. Interment will be at the Whitebead Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
