In Loving Memory Of
Ruth Frizzell

A special soul, Ruth Frizzell, was welcomed into heaven on the morning
of Thursday, January 1, 2004 in Pauls Valley at 96 years of age. She was
born February 8, 1907 in Durant, Oklahoma to Jeptha and Ida (Wadley)
Jones. She was raised in Oklahoma. The Seminole County and Sasakwa,
Oklahoma area was her home most of her life and his lived in the Pauls
Valley area since 1986.
Her husband, Ernest O. Frizzell, and she were blessed with ten children.
Ruth was a strong, caring individual who loved and respected those around
her. Her family is blessed to have had such an amazing mother,
grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother in their lives
for so many years. Her husband of 57 years preceded her in death on June
10, 1987.
Surviving family are her children, Georgia Cole of Seminole; Violet
Baldwin and her husband, Ivan, of Riverside, California; Bettie Freeman
and her husband, Bill, of San Antonio, Texas; Billie Davis and her
husband, Wilman, of Wewoka; Jimmie Tomlin of Lindsay; Johnnie Fizzell and
his wife, Mary Ann, of Morrison; Mary Frizzell, of Lindsay;Linda Thomas
and her husband, Don, of Pauls Valley; Evelyn Kennedy and her husband,
Jim, of Lindsay; and, Jackie Frizzell and his wife, Barbara, also, of
Lindsay; 19 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 13
great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 5, 2004 at 2:00 PM at the
Stufflebean Chapel, officiated by Rev. Eddie Mathews. Interment will be at
the Green Hill Cemetery in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Services are under the
direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
