Susie Phyllis Cregger Elliott

Susie Phyllis Cregger Elliott, of Del City, formerly of Pauls Valley, was born February 6, 1912 to Andrew Jackson and Ida Bell (Burleson) Cregger. She passed away June 22, 2004 in Midwest City, Oklahoma at the age of 92 years.

On January 14, 1955 she was married to Wayne 'Stub' Elliott at Los Cruzes, New Mexico.

The Pauls Valley area has been her home most of her life. Sue was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Pauls Valley.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne 'Stub' Elliott; 3 brothers, Haskell Cregger, A. Johnny Cregger and Isaac Jackson Cregger; 3 sisters, Jetta Alice Cregger Brumley, Christine Lee Victor and Ruby Fern Morehead and 1 grandchild.

Surviving family include her daughter, Wanda Nelson, of Midwest City; 1 sister, Vera Cregger Elliott, of Stonewall; 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 26, 2004 at 2:00 pm at Stufflebean Chapel officiated by Bro. Tim Bowen. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
