Viola Daniel

Viola Daniel, of Pauls Valley was born July 18, 1914 in Wayne, Oklahoma to Christopher Columbus Dunigan and Lela McGill Dunigan. She passed away September 16, 2006 at Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 92 years.

Viola was married to Homer O. Daniel July 18, 1933. She lived in this area all of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Christopher & Lela Dunigan; her husband, Homer O. Daniel on March 28, 1960; 3 brothers, Jack Dunigan, John Dunigan and Mart Dunigan; 3 sisters, Leola Simoni, Roxie Aiken and Elsie Weaver.

Surviving family include her 3 children, Homer Ray Daniel, of Pauls Valley; Shirley Tennison, of Pauls Valley; and Troy Don Daniel, of Ardmore; 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, September 18, 2006 at 2:00 pm at Mt. Olivet Cemetery officiated by Rev. Charles Ledbetter. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
