Dona Fay Campbell

Dona Fay Campbell, of Lindsay, was born July 30, 1932
near Maysville, Oklahoma in the Arnoldview Community to Homer Willis
Wells and Bertha Mae Baxter Wells.
She passed away April 10, 2008 at Lindsay, Oklahoma at the age of 75
years.
Dona was raised in Southeastern Oklahoma in the area of Beaver's Bend
near Broken Bow. Dona Fay Wells was married to William Wilburn Campbell
in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on November 5, 1954. Oklahoma City was her
home for about 18 years and for the past 10 months has lived in Lindsay.
She worked as a Home Health Care Provider and was a member of Living
Waters Lighthouse in Oklahoma City.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Wilburn
Campbell on March 3, 1990; 1 daughter, Deborah Lynn Campbell; 1
granddaughter, Kathryn Jameson; and 1 grandson, Bradley Campbell.
Surviving family include her children, William Kenneth Campbell and his
wife, Debbie, of Oklahoma City; Wilburn Gene Campbell and his wife,
Gina, of Warner; Donetta Mae Liddle and her husband, Bill, and Darla Ann
Jameson and her husband, Danny, all of Muskogee; Amanda Jolene Campbell
of Edmond and Amber Lynn Campbell of Muskogee; 2 brothers, Troy Kenneth
Wells of Wayne and Harold Don Wells of Frederick; 5 sisters, Shirley Ann
McSpiritt of Cement; Wanda Sue Riggs of Stratford; Joyce Jean Sainz of
Maysville; Meryl Dean Richardson of Lindsay and Mary Lou Belfield of
Velma; 26 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces
and nephews. We will miss you, Mom and Grandma.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 14, 2008 at 2:00 pm at
Maysville Assembly of God Church officiated by Rev. Sam Woods. Interment
will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey
Funeral Home. |
