In Loving Memory Of

Carolyn Keys Bosworth

Carolyn Keys Bosworth, of Pauls Valley was born November 18, 1961 in Midland, Texas to Howard Thomas Bosworth and Gayle Freeman Bosworth. She passed away June 9, 2010 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 48 years after a brief struggle with cancer.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her beloved parents, her grandparents, Harold Williams Freeman and Virginia Keys Freeman; one brother Benjamin Ewing Bosworth; great aunt and uncle, Mildred Freeman Robbins and William Jennings Freeman, who were very important in the lives of the Bosworth children.

Surviving family include her three brothers, Daniel Freeman Bosworth and his wife, Julie, Peter William Bosworth and his wife, Candy and H. Thomas Bosworth, III, three nieces, Katherine, Jamie and Jenna, one nephew, Peter, and one great nephew, Gage, and cousins and friends who loved and cared for her.

Carolyn's best friend and constant companion was Ben, her P.A.W.S. pup who grew to be larger than Carolyn.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, a Life-time member of the Pauls Valley Historical Society and a member of P.A.W.S. Carolyn was a soft hearted and a generous donor to several charities, especially those helping children. She was keenly interested in history and politics with her television usually on C Span or the Fox News channels. She loved dogs, flowers, chocolate and interior design.

Memorials may be made to P.A.W.S. at 300 E. Airport Industrial Road or to Valley Hospice, whose service meant so much or your favorite charity.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 11:00 am at First Presbyterian Church officiated by Rev. Tom Buzbee. Professional services, services for cremation and interment, at a later date, at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.

Dear Dan-
I don't know if you remember me or not, but I am Johnece's daughter and
Lynn's neice. I was shocked to hear about Carolyn. Lynn called me early this am
or I might have been able to make the service to see you boys. Tell your brothers
hello from me.  I know she struggled for so many years. I hate this for you. You
are one tough guy!!! Hope you are doing okay and holding up with strength. Love to
keep in touch with you and your family. I live in Dallas and doing well. I have twin girls
that are almost 12 and David will be 5 in October. I have my contact info below- We
had many fun times at your house at Christmas.. Those parties have strong good
memories in my heart. Thinking of you at such a tough time.

Soooo sorry!!!!
