In Loving Memory Of

Maxwell Wayne "Friday" Baker

Maxwell W. "Friday" Baker, of Pauls Valley, was born August 14, 1937.

He passed away October 21, 2009 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years. "Friday" worked as a Mechanic for the City of Pauls Valley until his recent retirement. Pauls Valley had been his home all of his life.

He is preceded in death by: his parents, George and Vicia (Cornell) Baker; and 4 brothers, John Truman Baker, J. B. Baker, Bob Baker and Lester Baker.

Surviving family include his wife, Nita, and; a son, Maxwell Wayne Baker, Jr., both of Texas; and step daughter, Renee Pruitt, of Pauls Valley.

Pallbearers will be: Bobby Amos, Michael Amos, Charlie Amos, Pete Amos, John Amos, and Dan Cox.

Visitation will be Friday: until 5:00 PM and Saturday: 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Graveside services will be held Monday, October 26, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the Whitebead Cemetery, officiated by Dr. Joe Elam. Interment will follow. Professional Services are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
